Abstract

This study is a theoretical study of the commitment of organizational managers with a homestay case study. As part of the tourism industry, homestays experience many challenges. Of course, this will affect the commitment of homestay managers to survive. From the theoretical studies that have been carried out, it is concluded that there are several factors that influence the commitment of homestay managers, namely personality characteristics, quality of life, organizational changes, local community participation, and government policies.
