https://proceeding.unram.ac.id/index.php/ieb/article/view/3293

Introduction
: This research highlights the role of Islamic financial i
nstruments, such as sukuk and Islamic banking, in driving economic growth in I
ndonesia. This study aims to analyze the positive impact of these instruments
on Indonesia's economy, particularly in terms of GDP, investment, and financi
al stability. The title is interesting due to its relevance in the context of
an economy with a Muslim majority, as well as its potential to offer alternat
ive financing options in accordance with Islamic principles that can advance t
he Islamic financial market.
Research Methods
: The data used in this study is secondary data in the fo
rm of a time series. This data was obtained from the official websites of Ban
k Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period fr
om January 2018 to December 2023. In this study, the data was processed using
Eviews 9 with the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach.
Finding/Results
: The research results show that in the short term, both t
otal financing and total Islamic banking assets have a significant impact on e
conomic growth, with probability values of 0.036 and 0.077 at the 5% and 10%
significance levels, respectively. This indicates that an increase in these t
wo variables tends to be accompanied by an increase in economic growth over a
short period. On the other hand, the variables sukuk and bonds do not show a
significant impact on economic growth, either in the short or long term.
Hasriyati Hasriyati, Nazwa Yusri

https://proceeding.unram.ac.id/index.php/ieb/article/view/3299

This study analyzed the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) and Perceived Usefulness as mediating a variable on Attitude Toward Using (ATU) GoPay Later among Generation Z in Yogyakarta. The sampling method is carried out using the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique. A total of 85 Generation Z (aged 18-27 years old) who lived in Yogyakarta and have made a transaction using GoPay Later at least once in the past year completed the questionnaire and became the participants of this study. To answer the research questions, SEM-PLS was applied using SmartPLS Ver. 3 Software. The Theory used in this study is the Theory of Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) developed by Davis (1989). This theory states that Attitude Toward Using a technology is influenced by Perceived Ease of Use and Percieved Usefulness. The result showed that Perceived Ease of Use does not have a significant direct effect on Attitude Toward Using. However, Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant direct effect on Perceived Usefulness. Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant direct effect on Attitude Toward Using. These results indicated that Perceived Usefulness acted as a full mediator of the influence of Perceived Ease of Use on Attitude Toward Using. GoPay Later customers in this study did not consider the ease of use of the application, their attitude toward using GoPay Later was mainly affected by the usefulness of the application. This study contributes to BNPL companies that they should pay attention to the usefulness of the application.
Sekar Ayu Kristiana, Tri Utomo Prasetyo

https://proceeding.unram.ac.id/index.php/ieb/article/view/3295

Introduction : This study aims to examine the factors influencing borrowing intention through fintech lending services among Generation Z in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Research Methods : Utilizing the Theory of Planned Behavior model with financial literacy and hedonic value as moderating variables, this research involves 196 fintech lending apps users. The data are collected through surveys and are analyzed by using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method.

Finding/Results : The results show that attitude toward behavior (ATB) and subjective norms (SN) positively influence borrowing intention (BI) through fintech lending services among Generation Z in Yogyakarta, while perceived behavioral control (PBC) does not. Gen Z’s intention to borrow money through fintech lending services are determined by their perceived attitude and social expectations. Financial literacy (FL) can serve as a moderating variable in explaining the effect of SN and PBC on BI. FL strengthen the effect of PBC on BI, but decreases the effect of SN on BI. On the other hand, hedonic value (HV) reinforces the effect of ATB on BI. This study contributes to understanding the financial behavior of Generation Z in the digital era and implications for the development of more effective marketing strategies for fintech lending services.
Muhammad Zam Zam Rifaldi, Tri Utomo Prasetyo

https://proceeding.unram.ac.id/index.php/ieb/article/view/3300

With the rapid development of online shopping and increased internet usage, consumer shopping behavior is changing. This phenomenon raises the question of how hedonic value affects impulsive buying. This study aims to analyze the impact of hedonic value on impulse buying among TikTok customers . Hedonic value refers to excessive shopping activities aimed at obtaining pleasure, which results in positive consumer emotions leading to impulsive purchasing decisions. The study employs a quantitative approach using survey methods and a questionnaire involving 150 respondents who are active TikTok customers. The data analysis technique used is linear regression, chosen to analyze the relationship between the independent variable (X) hedonic value and the dependent variable (Y) impulse buying. The sample was randomly selected with criteria including TikTok customers who have made purchases in the last six months. The results show that hedonic value has a positive and significant impact on impulse buying, with a regression coefficient of 0.65 and a p-value < 0.01. This finding indicates that an increase in hedonic value is associated with a higher tendency for impulse buying, with 78% of respondents frequently making impulse purchases when faced with attractive promotions on TikTok. Additionally, hedonic value is related to a consumptive lifestyle, reflected in the tendency to continue shopping despite not feeling satisfied. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of consumer behavior on short-video-based e-commerce platforms. For marketers, these results highlight the importance of creating content that stimulates positive emotional responses to encourage impulse buying on TikTok.
Putri Ayu Dwi, Ferdian Hendrasto

https://proceeding.unram.ac.id/index.php/ieb/article/view/3298

Financial statements are important documents for internal and external parties of the company. However, financial reports can also be a gap for the company to commit financial fraud, especially when the company is under pressure so that the company's condition looks good from the company's financial condition. Supervision from the audit committee is also not necessarily an obstacle to management committing financial fraud. Some of the factors that make someone commit financial fraud are Financial Stability and also external pressure. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistical tests, regression model selection tests, classical assumption tests, and MRA tests with Eviews-10. The results of this study indicate that Financial Stability does not affect financial fraud, external pressure has an effect on financial fraud, the audit committee cannot weaken the effect of Financial Stability on financial fraud, and the audit committee cannot weaken the effect of external pressure on financial fraud. Only external pressure can influence financial fraud actions because large debt will make company management get pressure from third parties. After all, third parties want the company to reduce its debt. The role of the audit committee as moderation also cannot weaken the influence of the financial stability and external pressure variables on financial fraud.
Rizka Darmayanti, Baiq Dinna Widiyasti, Restu Alpiansah

https://proceeding.unram.ac.id/index.php/ieb/article/view/3323

This study aims to analyse the influence of green marketing orientation on open innovation and green innovation and its impact on green performance, with open innovation and green innovation as mediating variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with modelling of structural equations using partial least squares (PLS-SEM) to test the hypothesis proposed. Data was collected through structured observations in 49 companies in Indonesia as well as secondary data from annual reports and related publications. The results of the study show that green marketing orientation has a significant effect on green innovation, which means that green marketing orientation encourages green innovation in the company (H1 is accepted). However, open innovation does not have a significant influence on green innovation, so the second hypothesis (H2) is rejected. Furthermore, this study revealed that green innovation has a significant influence on green performance, showing that the application of green innovation directly improves the company's green performance (H3 accepted). However, green marketing orientation did not have a significant effect on green performance, which showed that green marketing did not directly affect green performance (H4 was rejected). In contrast, open innovation has a significant influence on green performance, which indicates that companies that implement open innovation tend to experience an increase in green performance (H5 accepted). These findings provide important insights for companies on the importance of green marketing orientation and open innovation in improving green performance through green innovation. The practical implications of this study are the need for companies to focus more on developing effective green marketing strategies and integrating innovation as part of efforts to improve green performance
Sepriani, Ferdian Hendrasto

https://proceeding.unram.ac.id/index.php/ieb/article/view/3321

This study examines how business activity restrictions imposed by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority affect the financial performance of fintech companies. These restrictions are intended to maintain the stability and health of the financial sector but may impact the operations and profitability of fintech companies. This study provides insights into how fintech companies can adapt to stricter regulations and how the Indonesian Financial Services Authority’s regulations can influence the dynamics of the fintech market. A quantitative method is used in this research by analyzing Akulaku’s financial ratios before and after the implementation of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority’s regulations. The results of the study indicate that the Financial Services Authority’s regulations affect Akulaku’s financial performance. Net income and operating profit are some of the financial performance indicators that declined after the business activity restrictions were implemented. However, the company also improved operational efficiency and risk control, demonstrating how the company responded to the regulations and enhanced long-term financial health. In conclusion, this study finds that the business activity restrictions imposed by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority significantly impact the financial performance of fintech companies, particularly Akulaku. The research results show that, although these regulations aim to maintain the stability and health of the financial sector, Akulaku’s net income and operating profit have declined since their implementation. Conversely, the business has improved operational efficiency and risk control, indicating good adaptation to the regulations and the potential for long-term financial health improvement. This study provides important insights into how fintech businesses can adapt to stricter regulations and how the Indonesian Financial Services Authority’s regulations affect the dynamics of the fintech market.
Irsyad Adiatma, Yuni Kusuma Arumsari, Ferdian Hendrasto
