Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of QRIS in supporting financial transactions among university students. Along with technological developments and increasing digital adoption, QRIS have become one of the main methods used by students to conduct daily financial transactions. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 150 students from various faculties at University. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured factors such as ease of use, security, trust, and perceived benefits of QRIS. The analysis method used in this research is regression analysis.

The results showed that ease of use and perceived benefits of QRIS have a significant influence on students' intention to use this service. In addition, the security factor also shows a strong influence, which indicates the importance of data protection and privacy in the use of QRIS. Trust in the service provider was also found to be a significant contributing factor in supporting the adoption of this service. These findings indicate that students are more likely to use QRIS if they feel the services are safe, easy to use, and provide clear benefits in supporting their financial transactions.

This research makes an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence the adoption of QRIS among university students, as well as providing guidance for service providers to improve their service quality to meet the needs of increasingly digitized users
