THE INFLUENCE OF SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR THROUGH LOYALTY

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is employee behavior that goes beyond their
formal duties and supports the overall functioning of the organization. OCB is important for
increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency, as well as creating a more positive work
environment.This research aims to analyze the influence of spiritual intelligence and organizational
commitment on OCB through loyalty as a mediating variable. This type of research uses quantitative
descriptive with a causal approach. The population in this study were all teachers at the Al-Aziziyah
Islamic Boarding School. The sample used in this research was 140 respondents. The analytical tool
used in this research is SEM AMOS 18.0. The research results found that spiritual intelligence had a
positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant
influence on OCB. Loyalty has a significant effect on OCB. Spiritual intelligence has a positive and
significant effect on OCB through loyalty. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant
effect on OCB through loyalty. From the research results, it can be concluded that loyalty will increase
if spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment are good, so that it can trigger the formation
of OCB
