Abstrak

Santong Village is one of the villages in North Lombok Regency which has very potential plantation products. Among the many plantation commodities developed in Santong Village are coffee beans. The harvested coffee beans are usually sold directly to the market or consumed by the community themselves. This activity aims to increase the ability and skills of the community regarding the diversification of processed coffee into fermented coffee products so that it can increase the community's economy and the selling value of coffee products. The method of implementing the activity is divided into several stages, namely the socialization of the added value of processed coffee products through the lecture method and training on making fermented coffee through demonstration techniques. As many as 20 participants came from the Women Farmers Group (KWT) and business actors enthusiastically participated in this activity. Based on the results of the activities carried out, it shows that the people of Santong Village do not know much about the diversification of processed coffee which has the potential to increase the selling value of coffee products. In practice, it appears that the diversification of processed coffee, especially the manufacture of fermented coffee, is something new in Santong Village. This fermented coffee making training activity needs to be carried out in order to improve the community's economy and the selling value of coffee products on the market.
