Complex issues such as human trafficking and labor exploitation necessitate innovative solutions, and digital technology is viewed as one of the answers. This study aims to analyze the extent to which digital policies have been implemented, identify challenges and opportunities, and formulate effective policy recommendations. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, the research collected data through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including government officials, recruitment agencies, civil society organizations, and returning migrant workers. Document analysis and field observations were also conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding. The results indicate that although digital initiatives such as the Integrated Information System for Placement and Protection Services for Indonesian Migrant Workers (Sistem Informasi Terpadu Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia - Siskotkln) exist, their implementation still faces significant obstacles. The use of digital technology remains fragmented and lacks integration across institutions, which creates inefficiency and loopholes for illegal practices. Furthermore, a severe digital divide, especially in rural areas, is a major barrier for migrant workers to independently access official information and services. This is exacerbated by a lack of digital literacy among migrant workers and inadequate human resource capacity. The research concludes that to achieve safe and effective migration governance, it is not enough to merely provide technology; system data integration, increased digital literacy, and the strengthening of strategic partnerships between the government, private sector, and civil society are also required. These recommendations are expected to serve as a practical guide for policymakers to realize a more transparent and pro-migrant worker ecosystem.

2026-03-30T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://proceeding.unram.ac.id/index.php/semnassoshum/article/view/3731PENGEMBANGAN AUGMENTED REALITY (AR) BERBASIS GOOGLE EXPEDITIONS PADA PEMBELAJARAN KAFFAH BAGI KEBERMAKNAAN DAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MAHASISWA CALON GURU2026-06-30T06:47:08+08:00Syahrial A.[email protected]Joni Rokhmat[email protected]Kosim Kosim[email protected]Muh. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The semantic properties of NP are related to its referent in Sasak language, namely the relationship between pronominal and its antecedent. Free pronominal refers to elements outside the sentence (outside the local domain), while bound anaphora is within the sentence domain (local domain). The domain that allows the binding principle to apply is called the local domain and the domain that does not allow the binding principle to apply is called outside the local domain. Principle A which becomes an anaphor is in the same local domain. But principle A does not apply, what applies are principles C and B. Binding theory tries to integrate these principles with lexical specialization. This principle relies heavily on knowing which elements are anaphoric and which are pronominal. The overall targeted outcome of this study is to find information regarding policies and the implementation of the blue economy in the development of marine and coastal tourism, as well as blue economy activities carried out by tourism enthusiasts, the community, and stakeholders. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Blue Economy in Gili Gede still faces various obstacles, reflecting a gap between the concept and field practice. Socialization and supervision of the fishing ban are not yet evenly distributed, so there are still fishermen from outside the village who violate the protection zone. Additionally, waste management at the community level is not yet optimal because an integrated management system is not available; some residents still burn waste or dispose of it in holes in the ground, which has the potential to pollute the environment. Capacity disparities between the community and tourism operators are also evident, with some hotels having implemented good management standards, while residents are still constrained by facilities, education, and infrastructure support.
2026-03-30T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2026 Ika Wijayanti, Lalu Wirasapta Karyadi, Farida Hilmi
