This paper aims to transform the common perception of Kol Sawah as pests into value propositions in Kedungboto Village, Beji Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. The residents of this village depend on agriculture, but the topography area, which is a basin, leads to an abundance of Kol Sawah during the rainy season. However, a lack of knowledge results in inefficient management. To empower the community, provide capital in the form of tools, training for kol sawah product development, and the improvement of packaging quality were provided. Through socialization, active participation of the community, partner identification, production, intensive training, and product diversification, this program succeeded. Processed products such as Koteki and Kolyaki were developed with attractive packaging designs. The result is a wide economic opportunity, an increase in the welfare of the community, and the creation of various products from rice paddy snails. This program presents an innovative solution to address community issues and promote sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Kedungboto Village.
