Abstract

The aim of this community service activity through legal education is to provide understanding and increase awareness for the community, especially children and teenagers, about the influence of the use of social media, especially the rent-a-girlfriend business. The location of this activity was carried out in Kuranji Hamlet,sheet Village,sheet District,West Lombok Regency for 5 days in July 2023 with the target being children and teenagers as well as parents. The method used in this legal counseling is through lectures. The results achieved from this activity are that the community is very enthusiastic, which can be seen from the public's interest in participating in this activity through discussions and the community becomes aware and increasingly aware of increasing awareness and vigilance regarding the influence of social media, especially the girlfriend rental service business for children and teenagers and the need for it. support or role of parents in supervising their children's behavior. The conclusion of this legal education activity is that it can have a positive impact on society, namely increasing awareness and understanding regarding the influence of social media, especially the girlfriend rental service business for children and teenagers, as well as for parents to monitor and pay more attention to their children's behavior in using media social.
