Abstract

In the context of North Lombok Regency (KLU), social media management training is very important because many micro, small and medium businesses still do not understand the potential of social media to improve their business. With this training, it is hoped that business actors in North Lombok Regency can develop their businesses more effectively and follow the ever-growing digital marketing trends. In addition, this training will also help increase business competitiveness in the region and contribute to KLU's overall economic growth. Social media management training is very important for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the digital marketing era. Currently, the use of social media has become one of the most effective ways to build and strengthen relationships between sellers and buyers, thereby increasing customer loyalty and increasing sales. The aim of social media management training is to equip businesses with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the use of social media in promoting their products or services and building strong relationships with customers. Training will also help businesses to understand different social media platforms and effective marketing strategies on each platform. One of the outcomes of this PKM Program is social media management training, including the ability of business actors to develop interesting content, expand the reach of their business through social media, increase interaction with customers, and monitor and measure their marketing results through social media.
