Abstract

ABSTRACT

Community service is one of the efforts that can be made to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. In this paper, the service carried out aims to implement sustainable development goal point 15, namely Life on Land through nature conservation efforts, namely replanting or reforestation. This activity was carried out on July 1, 2024, located in Batu Lapan village, State of Kedah, Malaysia and was carried out in collaboration with the University of Mataram and North University Malaysia with 26 students as implementers. In its implementation, this community service uses a collaborative approach by involving the community in efforts to achieve sustainable goals and the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method where community empowerment is carried out based on the assets /owned by a community. The results of this activity show that there are still several areas of land that need to be planted with trees in the FELDA area.
