Community service through the Village Building Project programme by the Muda Mengabdi team aims to help the community to improve the knowledge and skills of the village community through work programmes that have been targeted at the Indonesian Migrant Worker (PMI) Group in Tanak Beak Village, Narmada, West Lombok, which is one of the villages with high demand for Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI). The implementation of this activity involves skills training based on waste management and economically valuable handicrafts, as well as socialisation of marketing of processed waste products in Tanak Beak Village. This programme aims to improve skills, open up economic opportunities, and reduce environmental problems in Tanak Beak Village. With this programme, migrant workers are expected to utilise the knowledge gained to develop their creativity and knowledge to open an independent business. The evaluation of the activities showed that the training was useful in increasing participants' understanding of local resource management and the potential application of skills in daily life. The implementation of this programme is also expected to contribute sustainably in improving the welfare of the local community, especially the Indonesian Migrant Workers group in Tanak Beak Village.
