Abstract

Currently the popular technology is information and communication technology, not only about communication tools and computers, various internet and electronic activities have become vital things. Currently, Cisaat Tourism Village uses the website as a medium of information for the wider community. However, some improvements are needed on the Cisaat Tourism Village website, such as content, promotional media, and branding strategies. A branding strategy is needed so that tourist attractions still exist and have a good image in the community by displaying the best tourist villages, tourist destinations and the advantages of tourism itself. Some of the criteria that have been determined in the heuristic evaluation are the visibility of a system, user control, error prevention and aesthetics for minimalist designs. Website preparation can be carried out by tourism institutions together with developing digital literacy and providing education about website preparation in accordance with the results of the evaluation that has been carried out. Problem-solving that can be done on the lack of utilization of the website of tourism institutions in the Cisaat Tourism Village can be done with several functional, structural approaches that are carried out on an ongoing basis.
